After Coldplay Row, Ex-Astronomer CEO Andy Byron Caught in $250K OnlyFans Scandal

Reports Claim Massive Spending on Subscriptions, Custom Content, and Video Calls

Former Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, 50, is facing fresh controversy only days after the viral Coldplay row.
This time, the allegations involve over $250,000 (₹2.2 crore) reportedly spent on OnlyFans subscriptions, custom videos, and intimate calls.

Allegations of High Spending on OnlyFans

According to The Blast, Byron spent thousands on exclusive videos and “steamy” chats.
He allegedly paid more than $40,000 (₹35 lakh) for private video calls with 23-year-old creator Sophie Rain (real name Izabella Blair).

Private messages, leaked by Byron’s wife, suggest he used a secret Instagram account to arrange explicit chats.
In one exchange, Byron allegedly said: “All good. Most guys I talk to are married,” to which Rain replied: “Okay, call me in 5 mins 😉”.

Reactions from Creators

Sophie Rain declined to confirm him as a client but called cheaters “the worst people on this planet.”
Camilla Araujo, leader of the Bop House OnlyFans collective, claimed the spending extended to multiple models:
“I saw the receipts… we’re talking a quarter million!”

Both Rain and Araujo offered support to Byron’s wife, Megan Kerrigan, following the Coldplay incident.

Background: The Coldplay Concert Incident

On July 16, Byron and Astronomer HR chief Kristin Cabot, 52 — both married to other people — were caught on the band’s ‘jumbotron’ screen cuddling during a live show.

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin quipped: “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.” The clip quickly went viral, triggering widespread backlash. Within days, both Byron and Cabot resigned from Astronomer.

Public and Personal Fallout

The Coldplay row and OnlyFans scandal have created a double blow for Byron.
The incidents have damaged his career, strained his marriage, and drawn intense public scrutiny.
