Actress confirms she’s single again after ending her one-year marriage — calls this her calmest chapter yet
Actor Meera Vasudevan has confirmed her third divorce, announcing that she is officially single and entering what she described as the “most wonderful and peaceful phase” of her life.
Meera’s latest marriage was to cinematographer Vipin Puthiyankam, and the two reputedly tied the knot on April 21, 2024, in Coimbatore. But in an Instagram post, she stated that the marriage ended in August 2025.
“I am now single … I am at a most wonderful and peaceful phase of my life,” she wrote.
This marks Meera’s third time being unmarried: her first marriage was to Vishal Agarwal (2005–2010), followed by a second marriage to actor John Kokken in 2012, which ended in 2016.
The actress has requested privacy during this time as she focuses on her well-being and her son, Ariha, from her second marriage.
